How is this legal under Apple's macOS license?+
Apple's macOS SLA permits leasing a whole Mac for permitted developer services on monthly terms. Every MacRun lease is one customer per machine, monthly, developer-services-only. We never multi-tenant a unit.
What changes in my GitHub Actions workflow?+
Two lines. You swap the `runs-on` label to your self-hosted runner and register it once with your repo or org. Everything else in your pipeline stays the same.
Which Xcode versions are installed?+
We pin recent Xcode releases via `xcodes` and add versions on request, usually same-day. See the setup docs for the current list.
What happens to my data when I cancel?+
Access ends at the period's end, then the machine is automatically wiped: your account and data are deleted and the box is restored to a clean golden image before it's re-leased.
Is there an SLA?+
No SLA theater. It's one fast dedicated machine and a solo operator who answers email. Live uptime per unit is published on the status page.
